On-site Support-currently Charlotte North Carolina
(within a 20 mile radius from Matthews, NC 28105. We need to apply a slight surcharge for areas outside this radius)
An onsite support representative will be sent to your home or business in the Charlotte, NC and surrounding area. We can provide this service on a one time fee basis or with a monthly subscription.
Our fees are the most economical amongst our competitors.
A monthly subscription option is offered in the event a person or company desires that we provide customized services regarding the number of support call minutes and/or on-site visits.

Help Desk Support via Telephone (purchase assistance, questions, research)

The Help Desk telephone support option is available from 8am to 6pm Monday through Friday. Whether there is no charge or a small charge depends on the severity of your issue and the amount of time we need to spend on the phone or via emails to resolve your issue. Contracts are available for more frequent help desk needs.

Remote Access Support
Using remote access management software, we can provide remote support for your computers. With the remote access capability in place, the technician can connect to the PCs with the permission of the customer (the customer will control these access rights). The technician will take temporary "control" of the machine as if he were physically at the desktop. This allows him to look at event logs, settings and other parameters to try to determine the cause of the problem and then resolve it.
