Simply loading new software, adding a new device such as a printer, camera, scanner or MP3 player can cause programs to cease functioning. If you have children or multiple users of a PC or server, eventually you will notice a slow-down in the computer. A business program, software application, or even a game that a friend, colleague or business purchased for their system may not run on your computer or network.

It may be time for a check-up, to review what programs and devices are attached to your system or server and how you really intend to use your computer or network.

If we do not know something we will tell you and we will research it at no charge to you. If we feel it is in your best interest and more economical for you to purchase a new piece of equipment that is outdated - we will tell you.

Unlike other companies, we do not feel it necessary to prepare a laundry list of technical certifications, degrees attained, agencies we belong to, or name dropping to boost our fees. It is more important for us to get the job done right the first time. And if we don't we will be back at no charge to correct the original problem we said we would fix.
